A Note From the Sellers

We are honestly really sad to be leaving this wonderful home. We had planned on it being the last place we lived but the universe had another plan for our family. A lot of tears were shed as we packed up our things and hugged the neighbors goodbye. If you’re looking for the slow and simple life that being in a small town brings, look no further. We already miss this happy home. We hope you can feel the love that we felt as you tour this special space.

What We’ll Miss Most About Our Home 

 1.)  The backyard was one of our favorite things about this home.  It had a lot of work put into it, but never had the opportunity to be finished. Regardless, our kids had the time of their lives as they would make creative use of the space.  They would spend hours outside and pretend one of the levels of rocks was a stage and put on plays for us.  Cherished memories!

 2.) We loved that the kitchen was tucked away in the main living area but that it still has an open-concept flow to it.  We liked being able to answer the door and have guests without panicking about dirty dishes.  

3.) You can’t get any more convenient than having your kid’s school right down the street from your home!  That alone made this house beyond ideal for us.  

4.) Low traffic – this street is so quiet and quaint, we never had to worry about cars speeding by and creating an unsafe environment.  It feels like a safe and tucked away little haven away from the rest of the world. 

 5.)  Our family loves to go on adventures and this location made it so easy.  We could drive the Nebo Loop, explore Burston Ponds, spend the day at Yuba Lake  or go camping on a whim because we had such great sites within close driving distance.  All we needed was a day off of work and we could go exploring as a family at the drop of a hat.     

6.)  The annual Ute Stampede Rodeo is such a great event that we all look forward to every year.  You can enjoy food, games, bull riding, parades, carnival rides etc.  Such a great time!

7.)  Awesome neighborhood:  There are so many things to love about this community.  It’s a slower paced life that we fell in love with.  Because it is tight-knit, you see friendly faces any time you go outside.  Your neighbors become your family and it showed me that a simple, country life is the best life.
